Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot propose a full refund or exchange.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are agreed:

• CD, DVD, VHS cassettes, logic, video cassettes, audio cassettes or vinyl discs are now available.

Remboursements

Exchanges

Gifts
