The present General Conditions of Sale define the modalities applicable to the supply of all products (\u00abProduit\u00bb or \u00abProduits\u00bb) present on the website lofra.it.<\/p>

Please read the present General Conditions carefully before purchasing the products on our site. By passing the order, you accept these general conditions of sale. <\/p>

\u00c0 PROPOS DE LOFRA Our website is exploited by Nuova Lofra Srl (see also \u00ab Lofra \u00bb, \u00ab nous \u00bb, \u00ab notre \u00bb). Lofra is registered in Italy under the number 04433800283. His social status is located in Via Montegrotto 125, Torreglia (PD), Italy. My TVA number is IT 04433800283.<\/p>

PRODUCT COMMAND (OU DE SERVICES) 2.1 To purchase an online product, you must follow the following procedure: (i) The User orders the products at the Lofra boutique by clicking on the \u00ab Pass order \u00bb button at the end of the payment process. The user will be guided through the entire order process by a series of simple instructions on the website. It is important to note that the order is considered as a product demand, but the sale is finalized after acceptance and processing of the order by Lofra. <\/p>

(ii) The user will receive a confirmation message and a email containing the details of the ordered products. Ceci confirms the reception of the request from the User, but it does not constitute a confirmation or an acceptance of the order. <\/p>

(iii) All prices on the website including TVA \u00e0 22 %.<\/p>

(iv) Once the order has been received and the products shipped from us, the user will receive a courier informing him of the shipment. The order is accepted and the delivery of the products is effective after shipment, please inform the user of the refusal or cancellation of the order. <\/p>

(v) The amount of the order will be due to the advance on Paypal and the credit cards.<\/p>

(vi) It is impossible to cancel or modify a command that has been issued and is in the course of shipment. If the user wants to return the current products, please follow the return procedure described in article 7 thereof. <\/p>

2.2 Lofra reserves the right to refuse certain commands from his suivants:<\/p>

(i) The ordered products are not available in stock;
(ii) the authorization of payment by the User in the country;
(iii) manifest errors relating to the price or description of a Product;
(iv) violation of the general conditions of sale of Lofra or other contractual conditions mentioned herein.<\/p>

2.3 The products of the Lofra boutique cannot be sold on the Italian market, in Saint-Marin and in the Vatican City.<\/p>

2.4 The accessories necessary for the installation of the product are subject to the disposition of our technicians for the customers responsible for shipping the product.<\/p>

MODIFICATIONS DE COMMANDE 3.1 The User may cancel an order just after the shipment of the Product. If the order has been received and if any shipping confirmation is not yet received, the user can contact the client service at the ecommerce@lofra.it address to verify whether it is still possible to cancel the order. <\/p>

3.2 If you wish to add the products to an order here once shipped, you must pass a new order for the articles in question.<\/p>

AVAILABILITY, DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCT PRICE 4.1 All product orders are currently available. Upon receipt of an order, the user will be informed of the availability of the ordered products, or the possibility of a longer delivery date to be received. <\/p>

4.2 The images and descriptions of the products presented on the Lofra online boutique are four of a kind uniquely indicative and may be replaced by the actual specifications of each product. 4.4 Please check the prices of the products offered on our site in the order category. If the correct price of a product is lower than the price, the lowest price will be made by the shipping company. In all other cases, if there is a manifest error, the prize will be awarded at the moment of the order applied. <\/p>

4.5 According to the law, Lofra is not a small product supplied to the user with a lower price if the price error is evident and incontestable and can be reasonably recommended by the user.<\/p>

PAYMENT 5.1 We accept the payment methods indicated on our website. After processing and acceptance of the order, the user must replace the products in advance. <\/p>

5.2 By passing an order on our site, you should confirm that the four payment information with the order is valid and correct and that you are authorized to use PayPal or the credit or debit card required for payment.<\/p>

EXPEDITION 6.1 Shipping and home installation are included for all orders, so this option is deselected by the order. Standard shipping lasts for 3 to 5 days, suitable for the back areas and islands, which can be longer. Delivery and installation are assured by our trained technicians. <\/p>

6.2 Actuellement et jusqu'\u00e0 new order, the shipment of the products ordered via the online boutique Lofra in Italy is exclusively available in Italy.<\/p>

ANNULATION ET RETOURS 7.1 If you are not satisfied, you can return the products you purchased in accordance with the cancellation and return policy stated in this section.<\/p>

7.6 In case of value of the returned Products, if this is due to inappropriate handling or negligent use of the Products, we may effect a deduction on the refund agreed to the User.<\/p>

7.7 You may refuse to return non-defective products in any other circumstances as described above.<\/p>

RETURN POLICY 8.1 To return the products, consult the four instructions by e-mail or contact the client service at ecommerce@lofra.it to take the necessary instructions.<\/p>

8.2 To return the products, please use the four-way email address and ensure that the products are correctly packaged to avoid any damage due to transport and use the shipping and signature options.<\/p>

8.3 We will process all refunds, and include the initial shipping deadlines, within 30 days of the return reception.<\/p>

8.4 If you wish to return defective or non-compliant products, contact the client service at the address ecommerce@lofra.it<\/p>

8.5 As a consumer, you have legal rights concerning defective or non-compliant products with the contract. These rights are not limited by our return procedure nor by the present general conditions. For more information on your consumer rights, please contact a local consumer advice service. <\/p>

LOFRA GUARANTEE 9.1 The products purchased directly from the Lofra online boutique for consumers are covered by a 2-year conventional guarantee (commercial guarantee of the manufacturer).<\/p>

TWENTY PROMOTIONNELLES AND COMPETITIONS 11.1 Lofra reserves the right to activate twenty promotions or other incitements ("Promotions") to purchase certain products in the online boutique.<\/p>

11.2 The duration of the promotion or competition, the rules and specific conditions applicable, as well as the application methods, are specified in the conditions and\/or additional rules according to the user's disposition during the promotion period. Please note that express contraire in the conditions of the promotion or the rules of the competition, the present general conditions of sale apply to the supply of products ordered on the Lofra online boutique, in accordance with the conditions of the promotion or of the competition. <\/p>

12.2 In cases of malicious intent or serious negligence, Lofra is not responsible for all women or other crimes suffered by the User who is not attributable to a violation of Lofra's part thereof.<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITY OF LOFRA ENVERS THE USER 13.1 If we are informed of a defect in our Products, we will propose (if the defect is confirmed) the option of refund, exchange or repair of the Products.<\/p>

13.2 Lofra is not responsible for the maximum price paid for items or items submitted by the User and is limited to the price paid by the User for the Product for these items or items.<\/p>

This means that product purchase contracts concluded on our site by an Italian user, as well as any dispute or claim in a separate or representative manner, are subject to Italian law. GESTION DES D\u00c9CHETS In accordance with legislative decree n\u00b0 49\/2014, Lofra has created a system for collecting WEEE that is equivalent and free, at the same time as shipping the products. To confirm the collection methods, users can write to ecommerce@lofra.it. <\/p>

To benefit from the free collection of WEEE, the user should inform them of the delivery and installation techniques. This service is not applicable to a quantity of top-of-the-line products. <\/p>

The collection of WEEE may be rejected if there is a risk of contamination of the personnel charged with this collection or if it is evident that the product in question does not contain any essential components or contains any other waste than the WEEE.<\/p>
